Pool Gate Codes, Key Cards, and Hours: Contact Your Management Company
Gator Pools is the pool service company for your community. Our name is on the pool gate because the Southern Nevada Health District requires the service provider's contact to be posted. We do not issue gate codes, key cards, or fobs, set pool hours, or handle lost access. Your HOA or property management office does.
Who to contact
- Gate code, key card, fob, lost access: your HOA or property management company (the number is on your lease, HOA welcome packet, or community website)
- Pool hours and rules: your HOA or management company
- Pool is closed by the health district: your management company has the reopening date; Gator Pools is dispatched for the correction and reinspection
- Pool looks green, cloudy, or equipment is off: tell your management company, who will dispatch us
- Safety emergency: call 911
Property managers and HOA boards: Gator Pools directs resident access inquiries to your office.

Resident FAQs
I'm a resident. Who do I call for the gate code or a key card?
Your management company or HOA office. The pool company's number is posted on the gate because the health district requires it, but we do not issue gate codes or key cards.
Why does the health district require the pool company's name on the gate?
SNHD requires the service provider's name and phone number posted at the pool so inspectors and residents can reach the operator. Residents calling for gate codes or key cards should contact their management company; the pool company does not issue them.
